Everything that happened at the first VOD-Fest, pressed, printed and packed into one box. Every live set on CD. Every live set on video. And a book of photographs and first-hand accounts from the people who stood in the room.
Reservations run by email, one by one, no shop and no payment up front. Frank writes back as soon as the pallets are on their way.

A hardcover in the same matt black board as the box, with photographs from all three days and witness reports from the audience, the crew and the bands.
It is the part of the box that no recording can hold: what the room felt like, who stood next to whom, and what people remember a year later.
18 CDs, three boxes, one per day
Every set got its own disc, labelled with the band and the date it was recorded. Six discs sit in each of the three boxes, one box per festival day.
Mastering took several months. All artists get paid.

Three sticks, three days
Steffen Rapp cut the six live sets of each day into one edit per day. Each stick is engraved with its date and holds the video for that day.
The files sit on the stick. No account, no stream, no platform that can take them down. They also work in ten years.
Next to the sticks, in its own recess, the metal enamel badge.

Why it costs what it costs
I already have 300 pre-reservations, even without announcing a final price. It will be production cost, but as you can imagine, and knowing my productions, it will be close to 300 Euros plus tax. All artists get paid, and the video and audio editing and mastering was extremely extensive, taking us several months to get it to the level I wanted.
At the moment I am still overwhelmed, and we are sighting all audio and video material recorded for VOD-Fest 2. And maybe, just maybe, I should also consider doing a special box on the second VOD-Fest. But first I need to see how sales go for VOD-Fest 1.
