Philosophy

After 20 years of passionate collecting, I just realised, that with all my collecting habits, I forgot to listen to the music; my mind was only fixed on collecting instead of enjoying what I have bought. As time went by, it was getting harder and harder to obtain what was still missing. I had to spend ridiculous amounts of money to get the rare and long deleted material which was often only pressed in a very little quantity on tape and it had never been re-released so far.

Why? Because Labels start being efficient when they can at least sell a few hundred records on CD or Vinyl and this isn't always secured for this kind of independent music.

After having digitalised all of pieces of my collection in a recording-studio I wanted to share this music with people, people that do appreciate the music I like and so I decided to start a label.

With a new technology it is possible to produce very limited vinyl-editions on demand. They will individually be pressed on demand just as the customer wishes.

Therefore I am not only able to release one record every month in regular vinyl editions, I am also able to produce all old tape-releases of those artists, which have given their kind permission to do so.

This is why I can offer a wide range of releases immediately to the listeners. The production is quite expensive (around 30 Euros), but hey, didn't we spend already tons of money on old tapes, just to have it as a part in our collection? This is the opportunity to have the music on a much better and more reliable format such as vinyl. A Medium that can last for ages and a medium on which the music will not vanish after 20 years as it will on CD or Tape.
